Be a Bolt

A few days back I was having an interesting discussion with my team and so thought of formalizing my viewpoint and share it with the world. Living a life of working more than 14 hrs a day, weakens the mind in many ways, for example, it starts to feel lazy,  or gives up in the middle too easy, it gets restless or feels frustrated and angry etc. So it's highly important to remind ourselves about, what's the actual goal is and then consciously put efforts in clarifying every minor doubt we have. Now, there are few apparent differences between working in a startup vs working in a corporate. And in this blog, I will choose to throw some light on not so obvious ones. So kindly pay more attention than usual, cause, well, it's not so obvious. Being a part of the startup is exciting, teaches you plenty. Every day is new and you get to solve a variety of problems. Often the insights come from random places and at unexpected times. These last few months have been quite a journey. I have met plenty of new people, visited various new places and learned more than I can keep a track of. The overall experience was intense but worth every penny to be fair. Lack of experience and urgent responsibilities are a bad combination to deal with. But when you are in it, you don't have an option, but to figure a way out. Now when you are finding your way out, this is inherently not an easy job, as its bound to create a ton of frictions among not only the entities that are involved such as partners, employees or coworkers but also people surrounding you such as your friends and family, along the way. The ups and downs come in everyone's life, and so it did with mine as well. The downs are unpleasant, causes pain and weird discomfort, which often steals the limelight. The mind starts ignoring the ups, as and when its keep imagining and replaying spec
