KINARE PE KAHA DARD-DE-NISHANI

Kinara aur Gehrai (Shore & Depth of pain of a sea)

Kinare pe kaha dard-de-nishani,
    dhund paaogeh,
Joh ghav hai voh barsoh se chupee,
   gehraiyo mein hai.

Unhe dhunde se achcha hai,
ke paani mein dava bhar do,
Asar toh ho hi ja-ae-gaa,
  yeh dum sach-cha-eyoh  mein hai.

English Translation:

Stop finding the roots of your pain on the shores,
The wounds are hidden deep within the depth of a sea.

Its not worth it now to dive in and search for your wounds,
Better it is to drop the medicines in the water and let those wounds heal,
just trust the characteristic of a water, its reality, its laws, its truth!!
