Tune haste hue paagal karaar kar diya mujko

Tune haste hue paagal karaar kar diya mujko,
mere barso ke intezaar ka kya phal diya mujko.

Mein tere husn ko chahata raha par dilrubaa tune,
badi tehzeeb se dil ka bimaar kar diya mujko.

Tujhe himmat dilaane ko bhalaa mein teer laya tha,

Javaab saare hi mujse yu chinkar tune,
Ek uljha hua bebas savaal kar diya mujko.
