Hum-ne paiso ko banaya,
Banake kya shikhe?
Har taraf shor, bahaut shor,
Macha rahi chikhe.

Kal joh peene ke khilaaf,baa-khusi se ladhta tha,
woh hai madhosh sharaab-khane mein,gham ko, jaa pi ke.

Joh kal ko pure dil se jeete the,
Joh kal ko ach-chi,fasal daite the,
Woh khet hai toh magar,hai feekhe.
