Baithi dava yeh sochne kyu main asar karu,
Kal phir yeh shakhs jaanke khud ko jalaaega.

Jaise hi mere kaam se thandhak mili ghani,
Us ek pal se phir naye zakhmoh ko khaaegaa.

English Translation:

The medicine starts to ponder, "Why should I Cure?"
If this patient is going to intensionaly harm
himslef at last.

From the moment this patient gets a deep relief
from my work he will start to hurt himself in some
way or the other again and again and again,
well then "Why should I Cure?", "WHY?"
