Insaaniyat ka falsabaa

Mankind in its Real Form

Insaaniyat ka falsabaa,
Insaan hi toh hai.
Haivaniyat ki kok joh,
Insaan hi toh hai.

kudrat bhala kyu chiik-taa,
Pooja joh uski ki,
tohmat usse jisne bhi di,
Insaan hi toh hai.

Sansaar ko savaarta,
raahat mein lekin phir,
Thak haar ke bigaadta ,
Insaan hi toh hai.

Ek chout bhi lagni jise,
Munkin nahi magar,
Khud hi savayam ko chirrta,
Insaan hi toh hai.

Kudrat esse maafi bhi de,
Yeh le bhi le toh kyu ,
Maafi Jise zillat lage,
Insaan hi toh hai.

Ag-Gyann mein Gyaani bane,
Hai dekhta khudko,
Har Jeet mein joh haar-rata,
Insaan hi toh hai.

Apne karam ka phal kabhi
kadava lage toh phir
Bhagvaan ko bhi de saza,
Insaan hi toh hai.

Mandir mein thouda daan,
Kar shukh maangta haq se,
Apna dharam khud bechta,
Insaan hi toh hai.

Har phool ki maasumiyat,
ko das liya jisne,
Woh Besharam woh Behaya,
Insaan hi toh hai.

English Translation:

An overy of devils is Human being indeed, and
flourisher of humanity is Human being indeed.

Why would the nature get upset if he is been
taken well care of, well whoever then, have hurt
nature, atlast is Human being indeed.

The one who Upgrades the Universe with technology
and or evolution for the sake of good, but then
degraded or defiled it, is Human being indeed.

The one who does not welcome even a single hint
of pain towards him but then, does not even give a
second thought of murdering and cutting-in
himself insanely, is Human being indeed.

The nature is always ready to forgive him but,he
who is afraid of saying sorry and benting on
knees wholeheartly in front of nature,
is Human being indeed.

The one who Ignorantly thinks himself as
intelligent and or guru, and the one who looses
even in his winnings, is Human being indeed.

On getting the undesirable result of his own
deeds, the one who punishes the god or nature or
examainer or the fruitgiver,is Human being indeed.

By donating a bit and demanding a certain favor
in return, the one who sells his own
dhamma-moral-ethics, is Human being indeed.

The one who have looted the beauty of each flower
in every garden of this universe, that shameless
and uttercruel creature, is Human being indeed.

SiLence: A Mysterious Language

When I am alone and quite or else in a group at a place where words have ceased to exist it’s precisely in those moments I feel an existence of a person name "NoBoDy" or at least that’s what I named him or may be her, I am not sure of its gender. "NoBoDy" speaks in a language weirder then its existence. I named it “SiLence”. "NoBoDy" even yells sometimes, just like us. And "NoBoDy" yells in so hard that I always try to switch to our action mode , the one which we are so much used to, and so are completely unconscious about, most of the time. I mean things like listening to music, thinking, planning, gazing at something, playing games, reading etc in simple words. I figured out that this makes it stop yelling. And so I try my best to kind of keep beating it every now and then, by using our action mode technique. "NoBoDy" belongs to "No Country” following “No Religion” and it’s the purest form of religion I have come to...

ASSumption of SCALE

During a recent Skype meeting with one of our lead developer, I heard him say "what if we have 100 times ... " Now don't get me wrong, I have been there and done exactly the same, various time myself. But not having been involved directly, gifted me an opportunity to look at the software development process a bit objectively, over the past year. And I have come to this, unshaken realization, which is to "stop daydreaming on SCALE" and consequently make costly assumptions that will leave its ripple effects throughout the project. Unnecessary "Tech Debt" in other words. Imagine a 10-year kid planning on opening a lemonade factory after selling just 10 lemonade, of which 5 are bought by own family and friends. This is not only naive but also super dangerous thought that developers think of more than they should, especially, young ones. I will like to remind and request all startup developers to remember a principle namely "Do Things that Do...

Be a Bolt

A few days back I was having an interesting discussion with my team and so thought of formalizing my viewpoint and share it with the world. Living a life of working more than 14 hrs a day, weakens the mind in many ways, for example, it starts to feel lazy,  or gives up in the middle too easy, it gets restless or feels frustrated and angry etc. So it's highly important to remind ourselves about, what's the actual goal is and then consciously put efforts in clarifying every minor doubt we have. Now, there are few apparent differences between working in a startup vs working in a corporate. And in this blog, I will choose to throw some light on not so obvious ones. So kindly pay more attention than usual, cause, well, it's not so obvious. Being a part of the startup is exciting, teaches you plenty. Every day is new and you get to solve a variety of problems. This is obvious. But on the other hand, it also tests every last cell in you. It causes pain and stress, twice the ...
